First versus Second class on Swiss rail.

Hello I am 6'2 and am wondering if it is worth the additional expense of buying a first class Swiss pass over a second class pass. I do not want to be uncomfortable (Squished in) in a seat with little leg room on long train rides. Any guidance very much appreciated. Thank you. Patrick
