I am on a tight budget but have very flexible schedule. I can leave anytime between March 15 and April 15 and would like to go anywhere in Europe. I have searched many possibilities none below 850$. Does anyone knows of a better deal?

You could also try skyscanner.net....I've found that it is helpful if you wanted to search airports in a country (for instance you can tell it you want to fly to France, rather than telling it a specific airport) and it will show you all of the airports.

Jengeli, Are you in Charleston SC? Have you checked flights to London? I've seen prices around $600 from the East Coast in March.
