We need to ake a ferry from Santorini to Crete Greece and I have having difficulty finding a company. Any suggestions?

There are daily ferries most of the season operated by several companies. Try looking on www.ferries.gr. Keep in mind that if you look months out you may not find schedules, if you look a week or two from today, you will at least get an off season schedule and an idea of companies. I found routes by Sea Jet and Hellenic Seaways, probably will be one or two others. Be aware of multiple spellings or place names used, you are looking for Santorini or Thira going to Heraklion or Iraklion. Either way, keep in mind that you will be fine making ferry arrangements to leave Santorini when you arrive in Santorini, or when in Athens. No need to reserve ahead unless you need a berth on a longer route.

Crete is a big place. Make sure you know which end of the island you want. There are three ports where ferries go to... Chania, Iraklion and Agios Nikolaos. Ferry services do not serve all three ports all year round. Roger
