I know the ferry schedule will not be out for a while, but does anyone know what time the ferries usually stop running from Varenna to Bellagio. This will be for April 28. We are trying to plan a one day trip on Bernina Express and we may be cutting it close catching the ferry. I think the return train from Tirano arrives in Varenna around 18:30. We are just trying to make this work. There are one day tours but they are from Como. Thanks for any first-hand knowledge/advice!

Actually VRBO and they will have it but not for a few more months. Trying to make a one day return on Bernina Express work and will not know until I know last ferry to Bellagio from Varenna. Thank you!

If the purpose of this is to ride the train and see the scenery, you could return immediately from St Moritz on the 12:48 Regional train, connecting in Tirano to Varenna, arriving at 4:34 pm. St Moritz is nobody's favorite town.

Are you using the regional trains or panoramic trains on the Bernina Express route? The regional trains are very nice and offer more schedule options. We were very happy with them. Good luck.

Hi. I took the last one last summer for fun: I'm thinking it was at around 11 pm? I see the current schedule runs to March 17 and last ferry is at 7:25 pm, but it's very likely that in April, the boats will run later. Have a great trip!
