Does anyone have contact information for the ferry companies that travel between Italy and Croatia? I'm not sure whether it would be an Italian or Croatian ferry. We'd like to go from Bari to Dubrovnik or Split in early September 2009 and would like to confirm if the ferries are still running daily in September. Any help would be welcome!

The Croatian ferry company is Jadrolinija. Their website www.jadrolinija.hr is very good and contains a link where you can e-mail them with questions. Ferry from Bari to Dubrovnik was still running daily when I took it on September 21. Although they haven't yet posted their 2009 high season schedule, I suspect it will be running daily in early September. Tickets can be purchased online from either Jadroliinja or their agent in Bari. You get a voucher and then pick up tickets at Bari port at least 2 hours before departure.
