Ferrie from France to Ireland

I will be taking the ferrie from Roscoff to Rosslare and was wondering if this was one of the ferries I can get a discount on with my 3 month global pass? Also, is there a train station in rosslare or will I need to find a bus? The info I found on the web is a little ambiguous.
