Just booked a ticket from Firenze to Milano on Italo. Overall, it was delightfully easy and straightforward. Just one weird thing - although they refer to most places by their Italian names, same as Trenitalia, they refer to Firenze as ‘Florence’.

I love Italo and use it whenever I can. I've found their personnel to be friendly, kind, and helpful. Going on 10 years of using them nearly every year for multiple trips.

Thanks for the feedback. I plan to use Italo for three trips this fall. I have used TrenItalia in the past but it looks like Italo is a good option.

Pleased to hear all the positives (and no negatives) for Italo. I’ve no complaints about Trenitalia either, but it’s nice to have options.
