I wonder about Europe by Air -- worthwhile? tips?

We used Europe by Air to fly to Lisbon from Italy. At that time, 2004, we had to take the flight from Bologna. No big deal we trained it up there from Naples. We would definitely use them again. I did the booking through their office here in Australia. Very efficient.
