EWR airport — going back and forth between terminals?

EWR question…

I am flying through Newark this Sunday on the way to Venice. I have a lengthy layover. I want to go to the currency exchange (in Terminal B) to get a few Euros before my second flight. (I know…currency exchange at airports. That’s beside the point and another topic for another day.) I’ve noticed that the EWR-VCE flight generally departs from Terminal C. I am reading conflicting information about the specifics of the United shuttle bus that connects the Terminals without re-entering through security (I.e., connect C to B only but not B to C, goes both ways, etc.). So, does anyone know:
1) Can you transfer back and forth (in either direction if necessary) between terminals B and C using the United shuttle (not requiring re-entry through security)?
2) If not, how difficult is it to re-enter security at EWR during a layover (if I have to use the non-airside train)? (I have TSA Pre-Check.)

Thanks!

There is no need to go to Terminal B, C also has two exchange counters air-side. One near gate 132 the other gate 120.
Also, all United international flights depart out of Terminal C, they never go out of any of the other terminals.
They can occasionally arrive at terminal B, but always depart from C; 100% of the time.

Do yourself a favor and wait until you get to a European airport to get Euros. Look for a bank ATM machine--not a Travelex or American Express ATM. They're in every European airport and train station. They're more a cashless society than the U.S. even.

If you're wanting to purchase train tickets or tickets to mass transit, their vending machines all take ATM cards. Many people today travel with virtually no cash when going overseas. I usually get enough Euros to where I spend them all in the McDonald's breakfast as I leave.
