Eurostar Vouchers--Update

Just submitted request for a voucher. Process was simple and got an immediate auto reply to confirm receipt of my request.

The email asked that no follow up be made for at least 28 days to give them time to process the flood of requests they have.

Anyone have experience on how long it is taking to process a request and issue the voucher?

EDIT-- Submitted request June 12; Evoucher arrived in my email on June 15

For reference, I submitted a voucher request on 4/7/20 (10 weeks ago) and received the automated confirmation. Haven't heard anything since.

I requested eVouchers on 5/30, I received my Eurostar eVoucher request confirmation on 5/30 and received my eVouchers on 6/2.. I had a booking on the Paris to London train.
