I just received an email from Eurostar announcing sale fares for July/August of $199. RT. I subscribe to their
website so that's why I got this message. Do check this out if it would be helpful to you. There is a one way sale fare as well but I think it is $125.

To clarify this "sale" just a bit - I have received the same notification.
This is for Leisure Select travel - which is modified Business Premier.
Tickets must be booked before July 15th.
The $199 fare includes London / Paris - London / Brussels as well as Paris to either London or Brussels
(no origination listed from Brussels it seems.)
