I am planning to travel from London to Bruges in September via the Eurostar. In reading Rick's book on Bruges he said that the the Eurostar ticket to Belgium can be used to take the train to Bruges. However, on the Eurostar Web site I do not see that, in fact, there is a section on Bruges which says you can buy a transfer ticket to Bruges. Does anyone know which is the correct answer? Thanks in advance
Here is a quote from the FAQ section on the Eurostar site: Tickets booked to Brussels are valid for travel to any station within Belgium provided you continue your journey within 24 hours of arriving into Brussels. You do not need a specific ticket as your Eurostar ticket will cover you for this part of your journey and there is no need to book a seat.
Yep! That is right.
