Eurostar from Paris to England

I want to take Eurostar from Paris to England. Once in England, I want to get on a train that will take me to Exeter and get a rental car there. Does anyone have any idea where Eurostar arrives and where we would catch a train to the west? Thanks.

The Eurostar arrives in London at St. Pancras Station. Trains for Exeter leave from Paddington, and also from Waterloo for slower trains.
