We have reservations on the Eurostar in Nov. , but because of fire damage from the recent fires in Southern California, we must postpone our trip. Is it possible to change these reservations to 2009?

Suggest you ask Eurostar this and it probably depends on what type of tickets you purchased.

If the tickets are exchangeable, you should be able to change the date.
