Eurostar at St. Pancras to Belgravia

We are arriving from Paris via Eurostar to St. Pancras. Which is the best way to get the Luna Simone in Belgravia - bus or tube?

I'd never heard of your hotel so I used the Internet. I went to the website for your hotel and clicked on "Where We Are" and it said: "The hotel is situated between Victoria and Pimlico Underground Stations in the Westminster area of central London. Bus 24 goes to Victoria Station, Westminster Cathedral and Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Downing Street,Trafalgar Sq., Leicester Sq., Centre Point and north, towards Hampstead Heath. It stops right outside the hotel. There are daily, weekly and monthly cheap travelcards, bought in some newsagents but mainly at underground stations. They are useful for hopping on and off buses and trains. Car parking: enquire on arrival. From Victoria Railway Station or Victoria Coach Station: It will take you approximately 15 minutes to walk. A taxi will cost you approximately £6.00. From King' Cross St Pancras: The bus number 73 will cost you £2.00 to Victoria Station . A taxi will cost you around £17.00" ..... So you could take the Underground to Victoria and get a number 24, or take the 73 from KX-Saint Pancras to Victoria and take a number 24; or take a £17 taxi. I expect your hotel has this down.

From St. Pancras go to the underground section, take the Victoria Line to Pimlico tube station, it's a 12 minute ride. When you exit the station go south on Rampagne St, turn right onto Tachbrook Street, at Belgrave Rd turn right, then walk a short distance and the hotel will be on your right hand side, this is a 5 minute walk.

Thanks for the help. One more thing - cost of a ticket for the tube? Should we buy the Oyster card I have read about or just purchase a ticket at the subway station or what?
