eurorail question

My wife and I are thinking about a tour of the big european cities. Flying into Prague then going to Amsterdam, then to Paris, and finally to London. Is a eurarail pass the best way to do this or point to point tickets? I've heard that the pass doesn't work in the Czech republic and not sure if it works for the Eurostar in between Paris and London.
Any expert opinions would be highly appreciated.

By taking advantage of online advance booking discounts, buying point-to-point tickets will be cheaper than a pass.

If you book several months in advance at www.bahn.de, you can get Spar-Night savings fares of €59/person for bunks in a four-person couchette on the direct Prague-Amsterdam night train. It will cost €175/person for beds in a two-person sleeper.

If you book as soon as the 90-day window opens at www.thalys.com, you can get a Mini fare of €25 for Amsterdam-Paris.

If you have a railpass that includes France, you can get a passholder fare of around $100 US on the Paris-London Eurostar. However, you'll do nearly as well booking up to four months in advance at www.eurostar.com. The cheapest ticket is $104 US.
