Curious if anyone has traveled by the European Sleeper. https://www.europeansleeper.eu/
I haven't but the Man in Seat 61 has - https://www.seat61.com/trains-and-routes/european-sleeper.htm complete with many photos of each sleeping choice and 2 YouTubes
And this is a you tube of someone who went on the first journey of the train when it was conveying the restaurant car a few weeks ago- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejEr8yP0VcU
I would love to take it all the way to Prague, very easy for me- 3 trains and 12 hours to Brussels to pick the service up. My schedule is just too congested to fit it in. It would have been a great birthday treat in a few weeks time, instead I am going to Bristol.
Not exactly the same thing, really!
I did a sleeper about 30 years ago. Wasn't impressed. A friend is trying to talk me into a sleeper train trip this winter, we'll see.
But here are a couple of European sleeper trains I would consider.
Budapest to Paris (1 night), just under 6.000 euro.

Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Munich (8 nights with tours along the way), starting at about 9.000 euro.
