Does anyone know whether or not liquid carry-on items are banned during intercontinental flights in Europe (Brussels to Berlin), or if the restrictions are the same as in the US (3oz rule)?

In Europe it's 100 ml, which is a bit more than 3 oz., but basically the same rule. All liquid items must be in a separate bag, only one bag per passenger.
