European Airports with the Longest Delays - June statistics.

This is backwards rather than forward looking but it may be of interest.

1 - Brussels
2 - Frankfurt
3 - Eindhoven
4 - Luton
5 - Budapest
6 - Lisbon
7 - Charles De Gaulle
8 - Schiphol
9 - Nice
10 - Gatwick

Heathrow was 15th.

There is a best list; this includes a number of smaller airports, but also Dublin, Orly, Madrid, & Marseille

Flight delays might be the only measurable metric, but I wonder how they’d rank if they were able to score the general mystery of each airport’s experience.

Keep in mind that another huge issue is cancellations — and those aren’t reflected here at all.

As a coup!e of spot figures, the cancellation rate last month at Gatwick was 3.8% and Heathrow 2.05%. The worst British airport for cancellation was London City, just over 6%. The cancellation rate often reflect that of the predominant airline.
