Eurofly-never again!

Has anyone flown this new airline? Well, I just did & it was the worst. They have very poor organization skills: pre-assigned seats are not available, so you HAVE to wait in a long check in line; the only phone number you can use in Europe to confirm your return flight is always busy & not an 800 number; my return flight was delayed 2 hrs. (which I found out when I arrived the required 4 hrs. before departure to get my seat assignment) & finally departed over 3 hrs. late with no explanation & no apology. The uncaring & officious ticketing agents check your passport at least 3 more times AFTER you've gone thru security. Their carry-on bag policy differs depending on the agent; I was asked to write my address on a scrap of paper so they "could put it into the system" (huh?) then the agent didn't even have a pen. On board they don't offer pillows or blankets & serve beverages only one time. When I asked for a glass of wine (3 hrs. into the 8 hr. flight) I was told "the liquor is already locked up for the rest of the trip". Huh? Has anyone had a similar experience or was this just a fluke?

Sounds just like what you could have expected from an Alitalia spin-off. Most Internet forums on Eurofly are in Italian language, but they start with "problemi con eurfly" and similar lines...
