Do all travelers have to be present for every leg of a trip when traveling with a Eurail Saver Pass? Specifically, I plan on purchasing a three person pass and on the last leg of the trip only two people will be traveling. Other than wasting a few dollars will the two of us have an issue boarding the train?
Read "Should you travel together?" on the Eurail website.
"...it is not possible for individual members of the group to make different journeys at the same time [there is only one pass which can only be with one group. Others traveling elsewhere would not have the pass]. If only one person uses the Saver Pass to travel [which implies that one or more could use the pass without all of the others], it counts as a travel day for all travelers on the voucher."
