Eurail Reservations Questions

I purchased a Senior Global Pass in December and made a reservation from Paris to Barcelona during the month of May, 2022 on December 12, 2021. Eurail says that I need to have a hard copy of my reservation on paper and they charged me $10 delivery. They sent me an email on December 13th saying that my reservation travel documents were on the way and that I should be able to track the parcel which was sent by "PostNL" with a tracking number. Further, the email said that I would receive the parcel by 01/12/2022 and that I would have to be home to sign for it. I tried to register for notifications with them, but their website does not allow US zip codes and they won't register you without a zip code. (Dear Eurail: Why can I buy and receive a digital pass but, I must have a seat reservation on paper?) I will be returning to Paris by train from Nice just a few days before my flight home, but the website says that I cannot make that reservation. (Probably, too early, right now.) I will be arriving in Paris mid-April, can I just get my seat reservation for the TGV from Nice to Paris at one of the train stations in Paris?

Why couldn't you print the seat reservation at home?

Are you going to use the pass enough to be more useful than point to point tickets? Think about this for the future?

They will not provide a way to print your reservations at home. You have to order the reservation online and pay $10 for the reservation to be delivered with a signature required. So far, I cannot find a way to even get an update on the status of the delivery.

(Dear Eurail: Why can I buy and receive a digital pass but, I must
have a seat reservation on paper?)

Because seat reservations are sold by the different train companies. And if I'm not mistaken you can get a digital seat reservation if you buy it direct from SNCF.
