I purchased my Eurail Pass (Global) through your website. Now, Eurail is telling me since I didn't purchase it directly through them, I cannot use their system to make reservations.
I will be going from Budapest to Innsbruck on August 13, 2017, and need to get seats reserved. It's an OBB train. How do I go about doing that?

You can book that reservation at https://ricksteves.raileurope.com/us/rail/point_to_point/triprequest.htm or at probably any staffed train station during your trip, such as the one where you have your pass activated. You can also try at www.oebb.at, where it's sold for 3 euros, but they don't work with all US credit cards. You'd start to buy a ticket, then after a step or two, click "Ticket already exists" to get just a reservation.
