I see that the Eurail pass doesn't work in UK, does that mean i can't take the train to london from paris and from london to amsterdam? is it better to just book flights in this case?

If you have a Eurail pass that includes France and the Benelux countries, then you can buy a special passholders fare ticket on the Eurostar. See here.

Hi Jigar,
As Tim has mentioned, you can get a discount on the purchase of the Eurostar fare... but no Eurail passes cover the Eurostar trains at all - only a discount is provided.
