Hi, I am very new at this but desperately need help. We are flying on British Airways to Rome from London arriving Sunday 3rd June 2012 at 10.35 and have an Alitalia connection to Catania at 12.55 We have 2 hrs 20mins .Is this sufficient time? Please say yes!!!

Yes, with the usual reservation - provided that you plane is on time. Every if you plane was thirty minutes late or so you would have time. Are you on one continuous ticket or two separate tickets?

Thanks for quick response. We are flying BA Johannesburg / London/ Rome then Alitalia on a seperate ticket to Catania.Have contacted the agent we booked with ( incidentally NOT an easy call) and it'll cost us twice the cost of 1 ticket to change to a later flight, which we obviously do not want to do.
Guess we'll have to take our chances... Joys of travelling!

Just curious Robyn.... Did you have ample time? We too are traveling in a similar manner but have not booked our flight yet. We will be carrying on our luggage to Rome but will have to check our bags while flying Alitalia. And of course, the excitement of going through customs. Makes me nervous just thinking about it! Thanks!
