Can anyone tell me the best way to book travel to Cairo roundtrip or one way? Is it safe to land in DOH Hamad airport for Americas?

The best way to and from Cairo depends on your starting point. I suggest looking at Google Flights to start.

To find flights, go to Google Flights.
If landing in Cairo, arrange for a driver service to meet you in the airport. You will avoid having to deal with the many aggressive touts that hang out there.

The State Department shows Egypt being a Level 3. I did some research before i visited a Level 3 destination in January and there is a very real possibility that your travel medical insurance will not cover the trip and your standard US insurance will not reiburse you for expenses in Egypt and that any medical condition arising out of your visit to Egypt will be exempted from your US coverage, like a pre-existing condition, even after you get home. Or not. Sure worth looking and knowing before you go.
