take the trian to London, have 3 days to spend in London
I would like to go to Kensington Palace, Tower London,
Buckingham Palace, could someone give me some help on
what train to take from Edinburgh, and what Zone the place I want to see are in.

The places you wish to see in London are all in zone 1.
Your Edinburgh-London train choices are Edinburgh-London Kings Cross on National Express East Coast trains, Edinburgh-London Euston on Virgin trains, and Edinburgh-London Kings Cross on the ScotRail Caledonian Sleeper. Everything you want is Zone 1 and 2; I would take the Waverly station train from Edinburgh into Kings Cross in London.
