We have an 8 a.m. flight out of Edinburgh on RyanAir. Is Airlink the best option? I found a map/timetable here:

and it looks like the first morning bus leaves at 4:20.
How early should we plan to leave the city center? Typically, we like to get to a RyanAir flight at least 2 hrs. before departure - that would be the 5:20 bus (for the 30 minute trip). Does that sound right?
Other suggestions???
