The easyJet site says they allow only ONE piece of luggage per person. So a person carrying a backpack and a shoulder bag/purse would have TWO pieces. Anyone have any experience with this? Do they strictly enforce this? Thanks.
Yes. One means One.
That's what I would think, too. However, I have read a few comments online where people have said they had no problem taking on an additional small bag. My inclination was to not trust that...but wanted to hear from people here.
Yes, One is One...that is the rule, but when I flew them in the fall from Madrid to Wales, some had two -- but small bags...think you had better stick with One is One.
Depends on who is working the counters and what airport you're at. Last time we were though Madrid and Paris on easyJet they were all about checking what you carried on or checked. But at Ciampino and Fiumicino (Rome airports) we saw a multitude of excessive luggage. If they follow the rules, and you won't know until you get there, it's ONE... I would plan on it being ONE...
Definitely one. I had a carry-on bag and a shoulder bag/purse. Had to put the shoulder bag in my carry-on bag to check in and then took it out when I boarded the plane.
