EasyJet lost one of our suitcases and a month later has failed to return it to us despite the fact that we were told it had been located. Now, no one knows where it is and we need to produce receipts for everything that was in the bag. Well, I do not want a reimbursement I want my suitcase but it seems they would rather pay us a portion of what the items in the suitcase were worth than spend any more time tracking it down (if they ever did at all). I would like to send a complaint letter/email but not to the Customer Help Desk because they really have not been helpful up until this point. I would like to send it to corporate but cannot find an address or email for corporate. Would anyone have this information? I realize this probably will not make a difference but I figure it could not hurt either and I will feel better for trying. Please advise. Thanks!

BA lost our bags for 3 days this past Summer. We saved the receipts for all items we had to purchase. The bags were eventually found and delivered to us enroute. We were also compensated for all of our expenses which was over $1300. Of course we saved every single receipt for all necessary purchases.
