Early spring travel on the Rhine/Moselle

I'm trying to find a good way to see the Rhine/Moselle valley from Baharach to koblenz with stops in st. Goar and braubach to see castle there. And then a trip down the Moselle to see burg eltz and cochem castle the next day from Koblenz. I saw the KD ferries and the day passes they offer and that looked great, but I will be traveling mid March (~18-19) and it looks like they don't start until April. Also looking to save on maybe getting a 2 day pass instead of 2 different single day passes if possible. Thanks in advance!

I don't think the KD boats start running until the first of April. The local transit district (Verkehrsverbund Rhein Mosel) offers a day pass for the trains and buses for €17 for one person. They also offer a three day pass, but it's the same price as two one-day passes. The VRM Tageskarte does not include Bacharach. If you want to include Bacharach, a Rheinland-Pfalz-Ticket does, for €21 for a day for one person.
