Hi everyone I'm 22 and planning for my trip around europe this summer but in need of some help with my route! So far I'm definitely going to London,Paris,Amsterdam and Berlin (possibly Munich as well) then after that I plan on heading towards Italy and then onto Spain. My problem is that I would love to see Dubrovnik,Croatia so my question is how easy/costly will it be to fit this in? Is Croatia easy enough to get to from Germany and from Croatia can I just hop on a boat to Italy? Thanks!

I will be going to Slovenia and Croatia with my spouse this summer. We will be taking a ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari, Italy. Since we are going on a Sunday, I was able to find a ferry that leaves at 12:00 and arrives at 19:30. However, I am concerned that the ferry could change their schedule as their website states this. the information is at jadrolinija.hr I hope that this helps you.

Both Lufthansa and Easy Jet have direct flights from Berlin to Dubrovnik. Germanwings has a connecting flight from Munich. Another option for your return would be to take either the bus or coastal ferries from Dubrovnik to Split and then the ferry from there to Ancona, Italy.
