We are leaving Dublin and going on to Lake Cumo and Monte Carlo. My question is where should we go first Niece or Milian.

Lake Como is near Milan. Monte Carlo is near Nice. The two areas aren't particularly close to each other. So where to go first probably depends on where you will be going afterwards.

Your choice will probably be dictated to some extent on the best flight options, and which airport you'll be using on the flight home.
I haven't checked the flights, but my preference would probably be to fly Dublin to Milano, and then take the train to Lago di Como. Which town will be you staying in on Lake Como?
From there you can travel back to Milan and then to Nice and Monte Carlo by rail. If there are no direct flights from Nice to your home area, you should be able to get a flight from Nice to either Paris or Frankfurt, where there should be lots of flights available back to this side of the pond.
