Still seeking trains between Osnabruck, Paris, Barcelona, Aix...late June early July! I keep hearing about different discounts or tips on how to book cheaper tickets with SNCF. I cannot find these, even on the French site.

Chere, prems for those dates may be long gone by now. to get them you have to book almost as soon as tickets are available for your dates,, and they go fast, and once they are gone, they are gone! For Barcelona -Paris it may be cheaper to fly check out Easyjet and Vueling, I have used Vueling before and am using them again this summer, ( Nice to Barcelona) and am using Easyjet to fly from Barcelona to Paris for this late July( cost me ,, all in, taxes, checked luggage, for two people , total 97 euros!!,, I did however book it like two months ago).
For cheap prices on train or plane you have to book early, prices just go up.

Yes, they're probably sold out. They go on sale around 90 days in advance, and they tend to sell out particularly fast in the summer and for international trains. It's possible that you may find cheaper fares for Osnabruck-Paris on the German rail site at bahn.com, but they will probably have sold out of the cheapest fares as well.
