Do EasyJet and Ryan Air require liquids confined to quart size baggie?

I couldn't find those details on the site.

Europe has the same rules as the U.S. 3-1-1 is standard.

Michael is right, and here's why. The airlines do not make the liquids rules; the countries do. Security works for the airport, not for the airline. So, if you want to be extra sure, you should look at the airport you are using, not the airline.

The rule is that all liquids you wish to carry in your carry-on must not exceed containers of 100ml each. All together they must fit inside a 1 liter (=1.05 quarts) transparent zipper bag.

...except for what you pack in your checked luggsage. If it is "over the limit" I always pack it in my suitcase, securely confined/encapsulated.
