I need to catch a morning train from Ljubljana to Zagreb to make a 2p.m. flight from Zagreb to Split for Saturday, July 27th 2013. I see trains available on that date at six-ish and eight-ish. We are 65 and 66 years old and they quote a price of $80 each if purchased over Internet. Are there discounts for seniors? We will be in Europe from June 29th and will be in France and Italy beforehand entering Slovenia on July 22nd. Any way to buy this ticket in France or Italy? Prefer to buy tickets ahead of time to ensure a seat since #1-- this is summer travel, and #2- we have a plane to catch. Does anyone know how to do this for best price??
