I will be travelling from brig to venice in april 2009.
I have a swiss pass.
What is my fare on the above train travel.
does this pass entitle me to any discount.

I did not look at the details, but generally I assume that your pass would be good to the swiss border, then you would need to pay for a ticket from there to Venice. This can be done as you depart Brig, explain to the ticket agent, they can figure it out.

Since Brig is the last stop in Switzerland you will have to buy a ticket from there to Venice. You Swiss Pass should not give you any discount.
