I would like to know if I can bring my disabled parking placard to use in Germany and Austria ?
Betweeb the car rental agency and the ADAC in Germany I get conficting answers. The is web sites that state that EU members have recipricol agrrements, but I can't find any for the USA. Help?

US cards are not valid. There was a posting within the last couple of weeks where someone used a US card and received some very expensive parking tickets after they returned home. I would trust their web site.

You should be able to find an answer here. The US and the EU nations (plus many others) are members of the International Transport Forum and those member nations apparently accept each other's handicapped parking badges...
