What hotel close to the airport has a shuttle service direct?
What city? Which aiport?
I have never heard of such a vague question on this site. Nobody can answer this question. All you have to do is look up hotels near the airport you are landing at and e-mail the hotels directly.
But even a bigger question is why do you want to stay near any airport? In general free airport shuttle are not nearly as common as in the US.
Let's see... Irene lives in Ferndale, WA, which is a fair distance north of Seattle. She probably thinks she's writing to Rick on this Helpline and since he flies out of Seattle he would automatically assume she means Sea-Tac. So, Irene, Rick doesn't read this Helpline, but I'll venture a guess that you need to drive to Seattle and stay one night at an airport hotel in order to catch an early morning flight out. If that's your situation, the Holiday Inn Express® & Suites Seattle Sea-Tac Airport, 19621 International Blvd., Phone: 1-206-824-3200, has a free shuttle to the airport. If that doesn't suit, you might find others with a free shuttle listed here: http://seattle.airporthotelguide.com/ Happy travels!
Elle, you should win the " nicest poster of the year " award.
Bob, what a kind thing to say, but there are many nice posters on this Helpline, yourself included. I'm inspired by the extent to which several people will go out of their way to really help another person who may not know how to begin researching answers to their travel questions. My contribution is small compared to all the knowledge and good first-hand advice I receive. Cheers!
Elle, you may well have solved the puzzle. Coming down from Ferndale, which is up by the Canadian border, they would want to overnight at the airport before flying out. And in that case, they may want a "Park and Fly" deal: http://seattle.airporthotelguide.com/seattle_park_fly.html
