Diabetic...Carry-on and medication in seperate luggage?????

I have just posted a question regarding one carry on versus a carry on AND a personal item. Many responded with ONE and only ONE carry on. I would like to qualify my question with the specifics and that is the neccessity of having my diabetic medication kept cool in a seperate carry-on. Does this option exist (even for a fee)??

In case you didn't check out the link provided by Frank, CLICK HERE to see RyanAir's info on this subject.

Note that the information does not state that you can bring these materials on in a second bag. The inexpensive airlines are so strict that when they say one bag, they seem to mean it. There might be special circumstances for medical supplies but I don't see it. I'm a diabetic and I can fit my supplies in my one carry-on. You may have to as well.

I would suggest that you either email RyanAir on their website or invest in a phone call to seek better clarification on this subject.

I don't believe that Ryanair offers the option of paying for a second carryon. They would most likely make you check one of them if you couldn't fit one inside the other. It's a matter of space.

Yes, I assume that as well. I just may not get o be a "carry-on" girl. My plans had surrounded that train of thought but it appears that I will be changing track...oh well.
