Has anyone taken this overnight ferry from Copenhagen to Oslo? It looks good on the website, but there's no photos of the cabins. I learned my lesson from before, so am planning to take an outside cabin as opposed to inside. Also, is it worthwhile getting the buffet onboard...it's a bit pricey (44 euros) but not sure I could eat that much food to make it worthwhile. Ha. Any suggestions or alterantives to his ferrycompany would be welcome, as well as "must sees" in both Copenhagen and Oslo, as well as going north to the fijords. (Im planning on taking the train for the later) . thanks in advance.
We have taken the trip several times - more like a cruise than for transportation. There are pictures of the cabins here: https://www.dfds.com/en-gb/passenger-ferries/onboard/copenhagen-oslo/sleeping and a description of each cabin, when you select one. But they are NOT easy to find.
Note that the two ferries are different. Only Crown Seaways has balconies.
