Maybe this is old news to some of you, but I just saw an article from The Points Guys in my newsfeed about Delta adding Air/Rail options for 20 destinations in Europe. I had no idea Delta offered any such combos, thinking only Lufthansa did. I though it wa worth mentioning.

My husband did this years ago. He flew to Paris and then took the train to Lyon. It was all part of his flight ticket. He actually arrived in Lyon ahead of his business associates who flew the entire trip.

That was probably Air France SNCF combo to Lyon. Air France has had combo tickets for years.

Lufthansa also does this with Deutsche Bahn. In fact, DB recently became the first non-airline member of Star Alliance.

I think I saw something about this somewhere on the Internet, but it only mentioned three European airports, one of which was Zürich, but Frankfurt and Munich were not in the named airports.
German Rail (DB) already has it's Rail&Fly program with American and, I think, United (?), but not with Delta. It's definitely available with Lufthansa.
With Rail&Fly, it's 33€ from any airport in Germany to any DB station (there's over 5000 of them). I wonder if the Delta program is equally economical (the article I saw did not discuss prices).
