Yes, Julie. we've taken advantage of sales Stephen has posted, two years in a row. In our case, it was business class flights for economy class prices. Many thanks to all of you who take the time to post airfare sales.

Does not seem to be the case here. Did a dummy booking SFO--AMS for a random set of Spring travel dates, and got the round-trip fare shown on the page linked by the OP, taxes and fees expressly included.
