We have booked tickets through Icelandair SEA-AMS, and we have a 1hr 10min layover in Reykjavik en route to Amsterdam. Since we are travelling from the U.S. to another Schengen country, it looks like we will have to undergo "personal border control", i.e. check of travel documents, visa, etc. Has anyone gone through this process, and/or how long do you think it would take?
Icelandair seems to always fly this same route/schedule for SEA-AMS, and I have also heard that Keflavik is a pretty small airport and doesn't take as long to navigate. However, I am still a little antsy about the layover length, so if you can put my mind more at ease, I'd appreciate it.
