We are traveling to Venice from Boston Ma with a layover in Munich. Will we have to go through customs and security with our luggage? Transfer will be on the same airline.
The Immigration (passport) check will be in Munich. There will also be a security check in Munich. Customs (the stuff you're bringing with you) is in Venice. If you're checking bags you won't see them until you arrive in Venice.
