What ferry would we take to get from Split to Orebic (we have no car)? I think we'll have to take a ferry to a certain place in Korchula, then go somewhere in Korchula to catch a foot passenger ferry to Orebic. Also, does anyone know the cost?

Jadrolinija ferries will take you from Split to Korcula town in about 5 hours, but they may not run every day. The Jadrolinija catamaran runs daily and gets you to the north end of the island in 2 hours, where you must then take a 1 hour bus ride to Korcula town.
