I attempted to order point-to-point rail tickets from Railclick, an agent for SpainRail.
At the end of the order process, I was informed “Something went wrong with our system, and we couldn’t finalize your booking.” I didn’t receive my tickets, however, Railclick still managed to charge my credit card.
Follow-up calls and email to Railclick have gone unanswered. At this point, I just want my money back and I will work through the https://ricksteves.raileurope.com/ website to purchase the tickets.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and have a solution?
