Has anyone had issues making a Volare profile from Canada? I cannot create a profile as the does not seem to accept Canadian postal codes in the format of A#A #A# e.g. K1A 0T6
I've even tried a US style zip code e.g. 902010, but the web-site keeps saying that the ZIP code is required.
Have you tried it without the space? Also I noticed you wrote the zip code with 6 digits instead of 5. (90210 is my go-to at the US self serve gas pumps that require a zip code...I hate those).
Alternatively, use a zip code from Rome 00042 or 00100.

I tried many combinations for ZIP code including with and without a space, uppercase and lower case. I did use 90210 as a ZIP code, but the web-site would not take it. I know that the Toronto to Rome route is brand new for ITA so their web-site probably isn't ready to handle a Canadian postal code. I will try the Rome ZIP code and see what happens.

Try calling their US toll free number. You will most likely get someone in Albania, but I found them to be quite helpful.
It's not super important that I get a web-site login and I hate waiting on hold :D Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
