I have a 4-country, 5-day flexi pass, through euro-railways. My travel plans have changed, to include Switzerland vs Austria. I am having difficulty finding how, if able, I can change my euro-pass to include Switzerland instead of Austria? Any help in this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What does it say on the literature that came with the Pass? Have you been to the vendor's website and contacted them?

It does not state specifics on the pass, and there are no good directions on how to go about it on their website. I put in a request through an online help on their website, but have yet to get a response.

You will need to call them and talk to a person. I don't know if you even can change the country, but if you can they will have to re-issue the pass with the new countries on it. Good luck.

At worst, I think, you can always return the pass for a penalty (22%?) and buy a new one. Compare that with adding point-point tickets in Austria vs an Austrian pass.
