Contact the OOB

Please help, OOB changed our ticket and itinerary.
I have tried to contact them at +43 5 1717 with no success, just get a message in German.
I need English help and possibly another contact number if anyone knows of one.
Traveling soon, thanks in advance for any help.

I've seen a few of your other posts so it looks like you are talking about the OBB, the Österreichische Bundes Bahn. Here is a link to their contact page on their website, which has many options for contacting them with problems. https://www.oebb.at/en/reiseplanung-services/kundenservice

However, it would help if you could give us more information - for example, are you in Austria now? What train was changed? Why is it a problem? More details would really help us help you.

Don't overthink this. If you have a ticket for a particular train and that train for some reason does not run you just take another train. This is not airline travel. This is mass transit. It is as if you turn up at a subway station and a subway service has been cancelled. You just take the next one. There is nothing you need to (or can) do about it.
